error in parking domain

Hi,

I am trying to park the domain from the cPanel but I am getting the below error:

"Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

I have already changed the DNS of the domain to point to hosting server.

FYI, I am trying to add the domain with extension .com.co

The Wired thing is that the domain is already registered and pointed to hosted domain server but cPanel is giving an error that "cannot determine ns IPs".

when you do a whois lookup on any Columbian domain names it says:
Sorry, Columbia doesn't have a WHOIS server.
