    Dear,

I need help with an error in easyapache.

I'm new in using cpanel and am having trouble with a file in perl easyapache.

When I run the command /scripts/easyapache it returns a compile error in file Apache.pm. I checked the file through the "Check/Repair a Perl Script" and stated that fail to install Cpanel::SafeDir.

I tried to install this module, but can not find any tutorial and I can not download via the command /scripts/perlinstaller.

    Could anyone help me?

Sorry my English, but I have not very domain of language!

It's possible there is a missing Perl module, or that Perl is not configured properly. I suggest opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look:

    Submit A Ticket

You can post the ticket number here so we can track the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Can you check if you have the kernel headers installed?

    Code:
    rpm -qa | grep -i kernel-headers
If you don't show a return, please run the following:

    Code:
    yum install kernel-headers
Please then re-try running EasyApache. You might still need to submit a ticket if you are missing cPanel Perl modules.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to release access to the server and to open the ticket are requesting this access. :(

It will be difficult to diagnose this issue without access to the server to investigate. You can try updating the Perl modules and forcing an update of cPanel via:

    Code:
    # /scripts/checkperlmodules --full
    # /scripts/upcp --force
    Thank you.

I ran the scripts, but it stays the error! :(

I'm checking the possibility of opening a ticket in the cpanel support
