Error in system filter: quote missing at end of string in line 340

As the Title states I get this when trying to process some mail in the mail queue:

Error in system filter: quote missing at end of string in line 340

What would the system filter be?

The mail never leaves the mail queue and it will fill up.

To find the system filter run

grep system_filter /etc/exim.conf

Then you can edit the file listed in your above output and fix it. Or for a temporary fix edit exim.conf, comment out the system_filter line and restart exim.
