Error in the NS dns record setup

    Hi, the Nic-IT (Authority for .it domain) refused to change the NS of my domain (v4n.it), to my own cpanel NS (ns1.v4n.it, ns2.v4n.it). They say there is an error in the record configuration and this is their test output:

    How can I fix the DNS configuration?

    Hello,

    Check your name server db file exists on the directory /var/named/ .If that so , check the A record to and make sure all entries are correct.

    i have the same problem with AATEST, A record and all entriens are correct, and the db file is exist,
    the problem is ;
    <test name="AATest" status="FAILED">
    <dns name="ns2.dnsturkey.com." status="FAILED"/>
    <dns name="ns1.dnsturkey.com." status="FAILED"/>
    </test>

    how we can fix this problem
