Technically, You cannot give access here. Go to cPanel and Open Support Ticket if You want official Support.
Else, Contact me or Share logs through Terminal here so that we can identify the problem. Obviously, The best way is cPanel Official Support

You can Install new cPanel/WHM on Bare Metal Server and Transfer the Websites using Transfer Tool but Remember one Disadvantage. cPanel License price would increase! As on Cloud, Its just 15$ but on Bare Metal, Its 30$

Update - after we reviewed @Ramaaa 's server, we found there were memory issues causing high server load. He's going to work with his provider on that to see if they can find the cause and get that resolved.
