    Hello,

There was an RRD issue in the past that we are now checking for. Basically, the error is that RRD files on the source server are invalid. You can delete the RRD files on the source server for that domain and it should transfer trouble free.

The original issue was that RRD cannot read files created on a 32bit machine on a 64bit machine and vice versa. Your account was likely created on a 32bit machine and then some time ago transferred to a 64bit machine. Then we implemented the fix, and the problem is now discovered since you are transferring again.

    Hello

Has there been a fix for this? I have to move way too many accounts and would prefer to have the bandwidth data etc. handy.

Or if someone could advise the location of the RRD files so that I can move them manually.

The files are located at /var/cpanel/bandwidth/ location as indicated in the error message.
