Error on creating a Database User

    Hello,

    Earlier when i tried to create a new user for my database i get the following error message:

    The adminbin “hooks” in the “Cpanel” namespace call to function “mysql::adduser” ended prematurely: The subprocess reported the “” (255) error when it


    Now, when i again tried to add user it says " user cannot be created as it already exist".
    But i can't see user anywhere ..

    Hello :)

    Do you have root access to this server? If so, please review the thread referenced in the previous post. If that's not helpful, let us know the output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to add a database user.
