error on installation

hi im new to cpanel/whm, trying to install via putty, but getting following error:

plz help me how to fix this issue, thanks

Double check that your system meets the minimum requirements as specified at Installation Guide - System Requirements - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Pay particular attention to ensuring that you are in possession of a valid cPanel license, and that you have completely disabled SELinux and rebooted prior to attempting to install WHM/cPanel
