Error page when using Windows XP

Please help...cannot access cpanel or webmail while on Windowns XP computers...

I am using Explorer - not too sure about XP Firewalls... but I am pretty sure that is what's going on. How do I reconfigure this. Thanks for the help.

You'll have to modify the Network Connection's Firewall settings. I don't use the XP Firewall for my own reasons, so I can't really get into any specifics on how to modify it. I'm sure Microsoft.com has some good documentation on it though. Then there's always Google if that fails.
