Error pages does not work

when a customer set up a error page in CPanel it does not work.
have this with diff. servers
Is this a bug or something wrong afther desable suexe on servers?

I made a post about this that got zero response... look: http://forums.cpanel.net/read.php?TID=3539

I think its a bug and will be reporting it today.
