Error pages

    one of our clients can not use error pages.
    he had 404.shtml on his www but it does not point correctly when he goes to an invalid page...

    Make sure the error page is a few lines long and about 10 K in size. IE ignores 404s that are small.

    and: Make sure SSI is interpreted properly. I had the same problem until support discovered that .shtml wasn\'t parsed at all.
