I am having problems with my error pages not using the assigned "error page". Seems that it is looking for an error page in the folder where the error occured instead of using the error page sitton on root. any ideas? I have a traffic site at - Increases Web Traffic site. </a> I have tried everything and even edited the .htaccess file. It takes the text from the error file and adds it to a system made file and does not work and it looks horrible. Tech support has been useless.

Looks like a logic error in the HTML coding of your page rather than an issue with the server itself. This is more in the realm of web design advice than cPanel/WHM advice.
