Error panel when listing accounts

Good afternoon when updating the cPanel panel to version v90.0.16 it has a white screen when listing user accounts.

After realizing this error, I ran the command: /scripts/upcp --- force



The command worked correctly, but the error still remains.



I ask for help if anyone knows how to solve this problem. from now on thank you all

Have you checked the cPanel update logs stored at the below path?

/var/cpanel/updatelogs/

Check the recently-modified file.

Unfortunately after running this command there is no history. I don't know what I'm going to do, I need urgent help

It is best to open a Ticket to the cPanel team Submit A Ticket

If you have already created a support ticket with cPanel, can you provide the ticket ID here so we can update the post with a resolution?

If you haven't yet created a support ticket, can you let us know the entries populated within

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

anytime you try to access the "List Accounts" interface?

@mrezam2pm - do you see anything in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log while you access WHM >> List Accounts? That is the best place to check for errors related to that interface.
