If a domain point to the server through A record instead of NS, cpanel won'l let them to be parked. It says that it points to another server and print the IP addresses of domain NS records.
Many people don't have access to WHM and want to point their domains to another host through CPanel and with A record.

You'll find settings to change this behavior if you like, here:
WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings, Domains tab.

Since there are several different options in the Domains tab of WHM > Tweak Settings, I wanted to mention that the specific option for allowing remote domains that don't point to the server's nameservers would be:

Another option you may wish to allow would be:

    I knew that option exists.
But I don't want to enable it, as in my site users can park domains, they will park so many domains that don't even point to the server.
I think CPanel system must check for A record beside NS. As it has the same behavior and does the job.
