I am trying to 'Add an A Entry for your Hostname':

Zone mywebsite.com does not exist, a new zone for server.mywebsite.com will be created.
Bind reconfiguring on server using rndc Error reconfiguring bind on server: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
    Created DNS entry for server.mywebsite.com
    Add Complete

Why do I get an error, and how can I fix that?

    Thanks,

    Ilan

Login to your server through SSH
    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/fixndc

    service named restart

    (in that order)

    Go on, have a guess
Andy already told you the fix. You should also do a more thorough search for that error on the forums as it's been discussed many times.
