    Hi,

In the reseller Centre I am getting: Reseller privileges can not be granted when trying to add reseller priveledges to a user.

    Anyone any ideas??

    Thanks

    Which version of cPanel?

Are you logged in as root or as a Reseller with root privileges?

    Anything shown in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log ?

    Is the account freshly created?

Did the account have reseller privileges in the past?

Was the server upgraded from cPanel 10?

    Nothing showing in the logs.

Not upgraded from CPanel 10 as far as I know.

Client getting annoyed, could do with a resolution if possible.

    Any ideas??

If you are running the latest version of cPanel (16448), and this is still happening, please open a support ticket so we can resolve, find what causes it, and prevent it from happening in the future.

    Thank you.
