Getting this a lot when running rebuildrpmdb and checktro.

Also having trouble getting any updates and WHM seems
to keep trying to update the same things every day when
upcp runs. This started a few days ago.

error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h# 19 Header V3 DSA signature: BAD, ....

    Any suggestions, please?

    Resolved by Cpanel

Just in case anyone else has this problem, the cpanel guys fixed it.

    Here's what they did:

"I deleted the Publickeys file which had become corrupted, let me know if you still see problems with it."

    Go on, have a guess
    You could try:

    cd /var/lib/rpm/
    mv Pubkeys Pubkeys.old
    rpm --rebuilddb -v -v

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
