/scripts/postupcp is a custom script triggered upon the completion of upcp. You may wish to take a look at the contents of postupcp. If you created postupcp yourself, you may want to ensure its contents are still working as intended.

Hello,

Before running /scrips/upcp you need to create a directory php4.

mkdir /usr/local/php4
/scrips/upcp
