Error sending mail

    Hi,

    Can anyone please help me solve a problem with the below deferral code which i see that code keep coming times and times.

    2018-11-08 08:45:57.820101500 deferral: to: abc@example.com toid: 2 from: no-reply@example.com toip: 207.46.163.10 fromip: XX.XXX.XXX.XX mid: 41494 time: 61 status: 451 tunnel read timeout, possible network congestion4: errno: 0 ret: -1

    From this error message, it looks like there's a network issue potentially originating from your provider. I'd suggest you contact them if you don't have root access to the server but the error here:
    Code:
    read timeout, possible network congestion4: errno: 0 ret: -1
    
    Is pretty telling

    I would have no way to know what that issue would be, I'm sorry. It sounds like there was too much traffic though. Definitely, something to bring up with your provider.

    I am facing a problem with my domain mailbox where i am not able to receive any emails to the mailbox.
    Below is the error:

    The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720 [hostname-removed <ipremoved>: unable to read banner]

    Could you please help me solve this issue?

    Hi,

    I am facing a problem with my domain mailbox where i am not able to receive any emails to the mailbox. when i apply for FBL for a domain and when it sends a verification code to Mailbox. I am not receiving it even when i add the FBL email address to Domain Mailbox address book.

    Below is the error:

    It looks like they're rejecting your mail but I don't have enough information to tell you why. It would be best to contact google's postmaster tools here Postmaster Tools – Google as I noted before.

    The issue is in the error:

    422-smtp-pdx02.example.com 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means. banner rejection
    It would appear that it's a poor IP reputation issue but to be sure you would need to contact the provider.

    I am failing to deliver emails to gmail users. I think gmail has blocked my Domain/IP Addresses.
    I have authenticated my domain/IP addresses. I am not listed in any RBL's. My sender scores are above 80 in return path and neutral by talos. But still i am getting blocked.

    This seems to continue to be the same issues as previously, gmail is marking your mail as spam. If you've still got a valid DKIM + SPF as well as PTR I would suggest again to contact google for more information using the link they provide.

    As long as you have those requirements satisfied there really isn't a lot we're able to assist with. We have no control over the type of mail being sent nor are we responsible for how google chooses to mark mail as spam.
