Error SSL 12263

I use a dedicated server on GoDaddy and i have purchase SSL. My problem is a alert when i log on https on my website. My website is http://www.annietasse.com

I find this, error 12263 == SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length."

This generally indicates that the remote peer system has a flawed implementation of SSL, and is violating the SSL specification.

Does somebody have an idea how to make to arrange the problem? I'm discouraged

I got this after I simply changed ip address of the domain.

Reinstalling the SSL did not fix the problem.

Error code -12263

login to shell -
then type

service cpanel restart
