SOLVED Error: The DNS zone file is invalid. (Line 103: TTL set to prior TTL (600))

Hi, I'm trying to add a TXT record for my customer's Microsoft, but when I do, I get an error like this
Error: The DNS zone file is invalid. (Line 103: TTL set to prior TTL (600))

Do you have any suggestions for this problem?

Hey there! Can you let me know what version of cPanel you're using? This was an issue that was resolved in cPanel 96, and there are more details on this posted here:

This results in any attempt to use this tool: API failure: (XID cbu5nu) This system does not have a domain named “(domain)” (domain) is the redacted domain name. This happens when trying to manage a domain, or add any individual record.

They used Cpanel version 100.0.10

Update - our team found that there were multiple TXT records with a similar domain, and those do all need to share a TTL. I'm glad we were able to help get that working with you.
