What are the permissions and ownership on that file? Does that user exist in /etc/passwd, /etc/group and /etc/shadow locations?

    Code:
    ls -lah /var/cpanel/users/username
    grep username /etc/passwd /etc/group /etc/shadow
Please replace username with the cPanel username.

    Hello,

So this user is showing up as existing when the user doesn't exist and you are wanting this user wiped from the system? Have you checked these locations for the user?

    Code:
    grep traficho /etc/*
    grep traficho /var/cpanel/users/*
    grep -R traficho /var/cpanel/userdata/*
    grep traficho /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    Thanks!
