What is the exact error message you are getting when you click on the "[an error occurred while processing this directive]" text? The error cannot be exactly the same as the prior error was another user's folder missing, and the same user would not exist on another system.

Of note, if a folder is missing, the way to fix the error would be to re-create the missing folder with the correct permissions:

    Code:
    mkdir -p /home/xxxx/mail/.saved-messages/new
    chown -R xxxx:mail /home/xxxx/mail/.save-messages

Tristan, you absolutely nailed it! It was a missing folder! Customer had inadvertently removed some things from /mail that they should not have. Problem solved. Many thanks!!
