Error when downloading cpanel

    You have a mis-spelling in your URL in your post, so don't know if you're doing the same in shell. It should work just fine, especially if you're following the install guide:
    http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/

    What errors are you getting exactly? If www.cpanel.net is not resolving then you do need to ensure that you have valid DNS resolvers listed in /etc/resolv.conf before starting.

    Like i put h'mmmm

    cd /home
    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
    when that parts done and you se the cpanel logo i then put sh latest it starts the download
    cannot create file
