Error when entering the WHM Account - [A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.]

I also tried to send a support request but it asks for a Licenses IP Address and to get this I need to enter the WHM, which I can't :/
How can I fix the error? or how can I send a support ticket without a licensed IP address?

If you're not able to submit a normal ticket directly through our ticket system you could contact our Customer Service team directly using these details to get that process started, but it sounds like we'll need to take a look at the machine directly:

I'm sorry to hear that - it sounds like there are issues with the system itself so we'll be able to take a look once you get that request in. If you could add the ticket number to this thread once you have it I can follow along and also keep the community updated with our findings.
