Error when installing cpanel

Hello,

I have my dedicated server with CentOS, a hostname, 32 gb RAM 2x3 TO HDD and when i try to install cpanel, after 10 mins , i have this error
Waiting for (Apps that require deferred RPMs) cpanel

it make me that and each time i retry, i have that error.
