/usr/local/cpanel/cpsrvd: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/OS/OS.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I get this error message everytime I try and restart CPanel, this started happening ever since I upgraded to the latest current build. I have tried going to the latest BETA and back down again, and downgrading and going back up again, but to no avail.

    The OS.so file is there

    root@teste [/usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel]# ls -l /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/OS
    total 28
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jul 30 10:37 ./
    drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 Jul 30 10:43 ../
    -r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 16837 Jul 30 10:37 OS.so*

Can anyone please help me with this, it is very urgent!

    Thanks

    Jan

    Go on, have a guess
You're probably going to have to log a ticket with cPanel for that.

    You could verify the permissions/ownership:

    -r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 16837 Jun 21 16:06 /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/OS.so*
    drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Jul 4 10:59 /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/

(looks like yours are correct from your post)

    Also, check in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
