Unable to get uid of remote account

may be user already deleted or just transfer do not work correctly. if you have access as user, you can use ful lbackup feature instead just transfer. Create full backup and upload it to user account on new server. then restore it as root (you will need move archive to /home folder) or ask your support do that for you.

Cheers for the help, I actually hadnt thought about that method. I used the FTP option in the end and that sorted it, not sure why, but hey, if it works it works.:D
