When I try to create a new account in WHM I get the following error:

WWWAcct 8.0 by J. Nick Koston

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)

    Account Creation Complete!!!

I have checked in httpd.conf and the account is not listed there.

You may want to delete DNS zone for that domain. This happens when you created acct for that domain before, changed something then deleted :) Or if you are reseller, maybe another reseller created acct for that domain already?

if you have root access, SSH to your server, then delete that domain info from /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf. If you are not sure how to do, send me an email with your login details, I will help you to do it.

if you dont have root access, you can ask your host do it for you.

You may have to manually remove all references from all CPanel files. That happens every once and a while, usually while interrupting the termination of an account.

If you need assistance with this, just drop us an e-mail.
