Error while accessing webmail

Hello,

When I try to access a email from cpanel following error shows. Please let me know how to solve it.

Steps : In cPanel >> email accounts >> when I click on check email following error appears.

A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

Can you show me the output in the cPanel error logs associated with this? You can find them at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Hello,

I was able to fix it.

When I checked for entries of email accounts which shows error. The data was missing inside the mail folder.

I used /scripts/addpop and tried re adding those emails accounts. It through out email account already exist error.

But the error git fixed after this.
