    When I create any user, for example "zanzibar", and login to cpanel, I can see this error there: "Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.".

    Further, when I go to "mysql databases" and try to do anything, for example, create database, I get this message:

    *Database Created*
    Added the database zanzibardb.
    *Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.*

    And the database is not created.

    mysql.log is

    764 Query select User from user where User REGEXP "^zanzibar\_"
    765 Query select User from user where User REGEXP "^zanzibar\_"
    768 Query select Host from user where User REGEXP "^zanzibar\_"
    769 Query select Host from user where User='zanzibar'
    770 Query replace into user (host,user,password) values('localhost','zanzibar',password('Cpanel::Mysql=HASH(0x89b04cc)'))
    772 Query select Host from user where User REGEXP "^zanzibar\_"
    773 Query select Host from user where User='zanzibar'
    778 Query select Host from user where User REGEXP "^zanzibar\_"
    779 Query select Host from user where User='zanzibar'
    780 Query replace into user (host,user,password) values('localhost','zanzibar',password('Cpanel::Mysql=HASH(0x83ab4cc)'))

    As far as I understand, everything is ok according the logs.
