Error while importing accounts from remote server (Please HELP)

    Hi there!!

    Guys, i hope that you can help me with this.

    I've a VPS with whm+cpanel, and i need to import some accounts to my new virtual machine through "Copy an account from another server with account password" options under WHM Panel, but when i try to import the account with their respective login details, i get the following error:

    Code:
    Attempting to copy abaaseso from 67.201.13.202
    
    Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API!
    Fetching current backups from remote server....Done
    Starting the backup...Done
    Waiting for backup to start...Done
    Failed to start the backup on the remote machine!
    Failed to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API.
    [B]Terminating because fallback to ftp+cgi was not enabled.[/B]
    
    [COLOR="Red"][B]Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction[/B][/COLOR]
    
    I was trying to import several accounts from the same server but i get this error.

    try using the root user and password to connect in the "Enter an account to copy" page, also try using the IP address instead of a FQDN ;)

    Tam, thank you for your reply.

    The accounts that i've trying to import are allocated into an external reseller, i don't have root access to their accounts =/.

    Exists another way to do this?
