error while restoring backups

Hello,

I am taking regular backups using the backup feature in WHM.

But when I try to restore any of those back ups I get the following error message:

Extracting tarball...................
Done
Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file
=======================================

What is the cpanel user file? Why does this error come?
