Error while trying to create database

    i just purchased cpanel license and i goto the "database" section and i cant create database, it keeps showing error, saying mysql servers is offline.
    Code:

    Hello,

    You this issue because mysql service is not working on your server. You need to contact to your hosting service provider.

    I had same issue but now its fixed by comments of server9host

    Please ensure you contact your web hosting provider for assistance if you do not have root access to this system. Otherwise, you can find additional error output in /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.
