lately we are having problems with hotmail/outlook, the famous mistake 550 5.7.1 ( S3150 ), it is incredible there is no spam, and no sending to hotmail, because they are still blocked, with another providers gmail, gmx, yahoo, no problems, write to them, and they tell you that you do not qualify, complying with everything they say in their bases, and registered in the SDNS. because we have tried everything, using several IPs, which are not on blacklists, and have never sent mail, and the blocks continue

Could a filter be applied by making a plugin or something, so that an external service such as mailjet is used for Microsoft emails?
