I'm installing Cpanel on PUTTY, it had an network error due to putty, I only got up to
    83% [=============================> ] 9,493,520 109.37K/s ETA 00:16
So if I re-install is that ok?

Where are you in the installation?

    -------------

I will assume you have already read and are familiar with the installation guide by cPanel.
    http://www.cpanel.net/install.html

    -------------

I am going to assume you have already properly setup you your partition scheme, are on clean format, and you got this far:

    Code:
    mkdir /home/cpins
    cd /home/cpins
    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest

If the progress bar you posted is for the file "latest", just remove it and re-download it.

    Code:
    cd /home/cpins
    rm latest
A prompt will ask if you really want to delete it. If so, type:
    Code:
    y
    Code:
    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
Then after an un-interupted download, run the configuration file with

    Code:
    sh latest
    -------------

    If you have already run
    Code:
    sh latest
and the cPanel install did not complete successfully, I would suggest an OS Format/Re-install.

    cPanel makes the following recomendation:

Hope this helps, and best of luck!
    :)
