    Hi,

I noticed this issue already on several different hosting companies (starting from CPanel 4). When you write a Perl script, and it contains an error, the error logs from CPanel are not complete.

When testing on my local Apache server it returns:
[Sun Apr 13 19:10:08 2003] [error] [client 192.168.0.227] Missing right curly or square bracket at /home/svagroup/vars.cgi line 7, at end of line
[Sun Apr 13 19:10:08 2003] [error] [client 192.168.0.227] syntax error at /home/svagroup/vars.cgi line 7, at EOF
[Sun Apr 13 19:10:08 2003] [error] [client 192.168.0.227] Execution of /home/svagroup/vars.cgi aborted due to compilation errors.

On all CPanel servers I tested, it returns:
[Sun Apr 13 19:10:18 2003] [error] [client 217.136.57.220] Premature end of script headers: /home/svagroup/public_html/vars.cgi

Do you guys have a cause for this? (Yeah yeah, the script is CHMOD'ed to 755 as always, and executing of perl is allowed outside the cgi-bin directory). Following my opinion (and of my hosting companies), this is not a problem of configurement of my scripts... Could it be an error in CPanel?
