    I deleted the cart.. did as you stated.. and then reinstalled the cart .. and here I get .. the same error.

    Warning: main(includes/configure.php) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxx/public_html/testcommerce/includes/application_top.php on line 34

    Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/lib/php') in /home/xxxxx/public_html/testcommerce/includes/application_top.php on line 34

    Let us know if there is a way to sort it out.

    Qustion: Is this error msg. appearing after using the 'Add-on Scripts' feature of Cpanel or was the script manually installed for the individual account?

    I've noticed the install routine (if osCommerce is setup under Add-on Scripts for any Cpanel account) does not work with the current Cpanel themes.

    yes it s when installed through cpanel, i have managed to fix it however.

    what i did is this

    1> in /shop/admin/includes/application_top.php
    Change
    require('includes/configure.php');
    TO
    require('./includes/configure.php');

    2> in /shop/includes/application_top.php
    Change
    require('includes/configure.php');
    TO
    require('./includes/configure.php');

    3> IN /cart/includes/configure.php
    Change
    define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', 'includes/');
    TO
    define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', './includes/

    4> IN /cart/admin/includes/configure.php
    Change
    define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', 'includes/');
    TO
    define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES','./includes/');

    it all works fine now
