We are attempting to setup a cPanel server for the first time. The server currently does not have any web sites hosted on it, it is a fresh install, no changes have been made from the command-line, and very few changes have been made from the WHM. One of the bigger changes we made in the WHM is to enable Tomcat.

When clicking "Update System Software", here is what we get:

    Code:
    GD-2.19/bdf_scripts/README
    GD-2.19/bdf_scripts/bdf2gdfont.PLS
    GD-2.19/bdf_scripts/cvtbdf.pl
    GD-2.19/bdf_scripts/bdftogd
    GD-2.19/README.unix
    GD-2.19/ChangeLog
    GD-2.19/MANIFEST
    Removing previously used /home/.cpan/build/GD-2.19
