Dear friend

I have applyed a hosting package.
and I have a permission to add 2 addon domains

but when I add my existing domain in the cpanel without change NS records to their server,
errors always happens under Cpanel 11. but it was not happen in Cpanel 10

the error is :
"
Addon Domain Additions
There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 208.96.6.134,208.76.56.56,204.152.184.150 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
"

but the NS record change would make my existing submains work down.
so , I wounder is there any solutions to add my addon domains without the NS change.

Thanks......

I would recommend you contact your hosting provider regarding this issue as this is a setting they can change. If you don't know who your hosting provider is (cPanel is not a hosting provider), this website may help:
