Errors when /scripts/unsuspendacct

Hi,

When I unsuspendacct via ssh: /scripts/unsuspendacct [account-name] I get following erros:

/scripts/unsuspendacct username
Changing shell for username.
Shell not changed.
Unlocking password for user username.
passwd: Success.
Unsuspending email account logins for userdomainname.com .... Done
Unable to read encrypted password file /etc/shadow: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ftpupdate line 47.
Unable to write /etc/exim/authtab: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/updateauthtab line 23.
usernames's account is now active
Notification => [email protected] via EMAIL [level => 3]
Updating ftp passwords for username
Ftp password files updated.
Ftp vhost passwords synced
username's account is now active
Notification => [email protected] via EMAIL [level => 3]

I mean those are errors:

Unable to read encrypted password file /etc/shadow: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ftpupdate line 47.
Unable to write /etc/exim/authtab: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/updateauthtab line 23.

I'm running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C70

Sure, I get also 2 email notifications of unsuspending.

I also got this error on at least 2 servers with latest RELEASE and different configurations.
Seems bug.

addition: also my customers complain that they often recieve error during unparking domains - "Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain <DOMAIN>". seems related issue.

I get this too on 2 servers. Any idea what's going on?
