ESMTP Exim 4.69 in error log

I am completely stupid on this and turn to this forum only because I think there may be a link between the Macintosh Entourage e-mail account setting I just created and the error log message with cPanel. I recently joined Rochen web site hosting service for a web site I am creating. In order to forward e-mail related to that account to my desktop e-mail program, I created an account setting in Entourage. Initially, e-mail did not come through but I stumbled through it with Rochen support and it now arrives. Yet I continue to receive error log messages every time the automatic e-mail retrieval is conducted. The error message reads:
ESMTP Exim 4.69 with the date and time
And it says it cannot retrieve e-mail related to the account.

But I do receive e-mail. So I don't know why the error code keeps coming through. Rochen says it doesn't support 3rd party mail clients. I'm not sure this is an Entourage issue though. I have a cPanel dashboard through Rochen.

Any help out there?
