I have searched (hopefully hard enough) but not found any reference to the following problem, found on two machines, I hope someone is aware of the problem and solution.

    /etc/cron.daily/chkformmailver.cron:

    Can't locate File/Find/Rule.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/local/bin/chkformmailver.pl line 5.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/chkformmailver.pl line 5.

    Kindest regards,
    Tig

You need to add the perl module Find::File::Rule you can do that in WHM under software/Install Perl Module.

Fantastic, I knew that cPanel would be a learning curve and one (for once) I'll happily take. Although, it is tough having to admit that, at times, there are easier ways than ssh and vi ;-)
