One account on our system cannot use email unless it has an entry /etc/domainips. Whenever the accounts domain is not listed in this file beside the ip address it won't allow anyone to login to pop3 or smtp with the email username and password. As cpanel changes the entry everytime a new account has been made this is quite a bothersome problem. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

    Thanks in advance,
