/etc/exim_blacklisted_local_users

Hi,

Recently we had an issue where a customer was not receiving any email notification. On checking we found that the user: "__cpanel__service__auth__icontact__**** " is blacklisted in /etc/exim/exim_blacklisted_local_users.

Reason is:

Wed May 15 13:55:29 GMT 2019 : Suspending __cpanel__service__auth__icontact__f****** in /etc/exim/exim_blacklisted_local_users for reason Script_Spoofing

However, there are no much mails sent from this cpanel user.

Why is this user added in blacklisted list.

Hello @Praseetha,

The /etc/exim/exim_blacklisted_local_users file is not a file that's generated by cPanel & WHM. Are you using a third-party email plugin on this server?
