/etc/localdomains should be owned by who?

I think I may have messed up my permissions a bit.

2006-09-27 07:38:54 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)

Does this look correct? I accidently chowned a bunch of files to root a couple weeks ago :|
