    Hi,

I've noticed a problem for a while now. /etc/named.conf and /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf both get replaced with symlinks to incorrect files. when named is restarted, it will state that named.conf is missing.

I already know the solution to this (delete the symlink and replace with a valid named.conf or rebuild it if necessary) but I'm even more interested in finding the cause for this problem. Anyone has been going through this? This has happened twice already.

    Thank you,

    Ricky
