    Trying to setup piping....

    Open /etc/valiases/yourdomain.com
    in your favorite editor..
    Above the *: whatever line
    Add:
    support@yourdomain.com: |/home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/include/email.cgi
    or where ever it is.

but there isn't any etc/valiases folder or files?

Where else should I look or how do I create one?

you may set this up as well by using the Email Forwarding in Cpanel instead of editing the file manually
