Hello

Every a few weeks I have this problem, about 11 PM my httpd server shuts down (may be rotating logs or something) and after that it wont start:

Code:
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
The process isn't running, the port is not in use. I've tried even rebooting the server and the same error appears, the only way to fix it is recompiling apache and php with easyapache, after that, it works fine for a few weeks and the same thing happen

I could not find anything in them logs, except this:

Code:
[Mon May 06 22:57:45 2013] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
Where can I keep looking?

You should be able to check your email from over night. The server emails out to you when updates runs, or not, via cron.

There's a plugin for WHM that's easy to install that gives you an interface to edit these settings called cronconfig:
WHM » cPanel » Manage Plugins, cronconfig

Click to install and keep updated. Refresh WHM and find link for this under Plugins section of WHM.

Not sure if any of that's helpful here to your issue though.

How many accounts on the server?
Have you checked Apache error log?
/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

- upcp 3:46 every day
- cpbackup 1:00 every day (but only saturday selected on backup config)
- 137 accounts on this server
- /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log only showing "[Mon May 06 22:57:45 2013] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down"

I've found this on /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Code:
[2013-05-06 22:57:39 -0300] info [apache_conf_distiller] 'local' datastore in use (/var/cpanel/conf/apache/local)
[2013-05-06 22:57:42 -0300] info [build_apache_conf] 'local' datastore in use (/var/cpanel/conf/apache/local)
