Did you get any error logs, please check the error logs

You can check the error logs as /var/lib/mysql/hostname.err

Also check the users if they are taking any resources

Hello,

Check to see if you notice any specific error messages in the MySQL error log (/var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err) when MySQL fails. As far as Apache, you may find this thread helpful for troubleshooting the cause (it's for high loads but also offers useful log locations):

Troubleshooting high server loads on Linux servers

Thank you.
